The Rock n Relay is going GREEN!  Let's do our part to make Mother Nature happy by not killing another tree filling out paper registration forms.

To Register

1) Decide on  your Team Name

2) Know your Team Category (see the list)

3) Click the "Register Now" link below (it takes you to Active.com).

4) Once at Active, you'll see "Team Captains - Create Your  Team". Only one person from each team need do this. Once the name and category is set up, all others on the team just select the team name from the drop down list then fill out the entry form.

5) There are 3 registration categories: 5-person team, less than 5-person team or individual runner. The course is the same for all categories...21 miles.
